Welcome to the Parents Zone area of the Berwick Juniors web site, this page is intended for use by parents / carers throughout the season, and any forms to be filled in, or information that we need to get to you will be on this page.

NEWS AUGUST 2019

Sin Bins are coming to Junior Football for the 2019/20 season, any player showing dissent (whether verbal or gestures such as sarcastic applause) to a referee can at the referees discretion be sent to the sin bin for 8 minutes and cannot be replaced.

The scenarios surrounding sin bins are complex to understand, so we have a poster and a video summarising them.

Online registration for the 2019/20 season is now LIVE.

Once you have completed the form below, please view this letter regarding payment, print and hand over to your child’s coach along with your payment.

Before filling in this form, please ensure you have read the letters above,as well as read and understood the following information, all of which can be found on our Safeguarding page.

To complete this form, you will need to confirm that you have read and agree with the above, if you do not agree then you will not be able to complete the form, if you don’t agree with something, then please in the first instance take it up with your child’s coach.

The only option you have to ‘opt out’ of, is the photographic consent.

Where fields are mandatory, you must fill them in or it won’t let you submit the form to us.

The reason for going online with this is to save the club printing costs, and also to help reduce our carbon footprint. The old way meant us paying for the printing of thousands of pages.  If you want your own copy of policies or codes of conduct, then please print yourself, but please consider if you really need to first.

Your information is very important to us, all information provided will be kept securely and only shared with those people who need it, namely the committee and your child’s coach.
